This gorgeous cinnamon turquoise green cheek conure girl is a sweet baby we had bred and hand reared a few years ago 🦜 Her family are currently in need of rehoming this adorable girl, so we thought it would be best to share her with my wonderful followers to find her the best home 🩷 Her family have put together some lovely words about her which I've copied and pasted below 🩷
"Our beautiful Georgia is seeking a forever family. She was born in December 2021, hand raised by Sarah’s Cuddly Canaries and has always been a very friendly affectionate girl. She’s not clipped, can and will fly, steps up very easily, loves a good head scratch, and being out of her cage regularly. She is also quite content to be in her cage for longer periods too. She typically is covered approx 10-12hrs at night and this is detrimental to her mood the next day 😂 She’s good with calm and gentle kids and adults, but she isn’t typically handled by children she doesn’t know well. She doesn’t know any other birds. She selects specific people to bond to, sometimes takes a bit to warm up to some. Typically the people she’s bonded to are the ones she spends most time with. Currently that’s both parents in the home (primarily mum) and their 8yo boy. She rarely bites, when she does she’s usually trying to tell you she needs to be returned to her safe zone (her cage). She hasn’t bitten a child since she was a baby. She’s best suited to gentle companions who understand and respect a little birdies cues. The only reason for her rehoming is her families commitments have become too broad, she isn’t getting the love and attention she deserves. We are kindly asking for a $150 rehoming fee. George comes with her main cage, a travel carrier, a decent supply of seed and pellets to get you started, her toys that she knows and loves. George is available from 12/9, situated in Grafton NSW."
