Refund policy

I'm a very small business and due to my items being handmade there may be small imperfections with my products (I do my utmost best to ensure things are pretty perfect). I'm very sorry I cannot offer change of mind refunds, I do however offer a return and exchange for the same priced item if you feel it's not quite suitable.

I have a 7-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return to exchange. The cost for the return to be sent will be at the buyers expense.

To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return to exchange is accepted, I'll send through instructions on how and where to send your package. You'll then need to specify which item you'd like to exchange it for so I can put it on hold for you until the returned item is received. Once the return item is received I will put the item back online and give you a discount code so you can checkout with the New item and pay for your exchanged items postage. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return to exchange will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as bird treats/snacks), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

I cannot unfortunately cover bird products that are destroyed by your beloved birdie within a very short period of receiving goods as I cannot really control your birdies style of shredding or destructability, this would be up to you to decide upon purchasing what your birdie is capable of.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
